Working with a carefully selected team of rehabilitation and fitness coaches, TBOS can create, implement and monitor training and nutrition programmes that are designed around each individual’s strengths and weaknesses helping to improve their performance, fitness development and general recovery.
Through our partnership with Perform at St. George’s Park, a world-class sports medicine and human rehabilitation facility, TBOS is also able to offer access to the latest technologies and facilities to either aid rehabilitation from injury or to simply enhance general levels of fitness and performance.
